All personal expenses spend for shopping, drinks and dining etc on-site during the tour.

• Shortly after completing your booking, you'll receive a tour confirmation voucher via email. 
• If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder and notify us if you cannot locate it.
• Upon arrival, please present your voucher, either printed or on your mobile device to the driver for verification.

• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and other nearby locations).
• Sharing transfer timings may be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases, we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
• Avoid taking pictures of people without their permission, especially in more conservative areas.
• Ensure that you dress modestly, covering shoulders and knees, when visiting religious sites and public spaces.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
