- Operational Days: Wednesday to Sunday (9:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Jais Flight Time Slots: 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM
- Jais Sky Tour Time Slots: 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM

- Weight Requirement: 40 to 120 kg
- Minimum Height: 122 cm
- Good medical condition required
- Signed waiver mandatory for all participants
- Participants below 18 years must have parental consent
- No alcohol, drugs, or substances that impair judgment allowed

- By Bus: Take bus routes from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah, then use bus numbers 17, C-19 & C-26.
- By Private Transfer: Taxis and private transfers are available. You can also book with us for a convenient ride.
